The master bedroom comes with an oversized outdoor bath/whirlpool overlooking the swimming pool, ensuring that all guests can remain connected but yet separated.Bunker style indoor living areas encourage social interaction, while the integrated dining/kitchen environment is the ideal place to entertain. This villa recreates all necessary home comforts and conveniences without detracting from the special privileges that are expected from every holiday experience.

Terms & Conditions :
- All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are payable in US Dollars.
- Package rates are included 11% government tax and 10% service charge per Villa per night.
- NOT VALID FOR HIGH AND PEAK SEASON.
- Valid for villa Cium – 3 bedroom unit villa only with maximum 2 people per bedroom.
- Extension night : USD 500 nett ( Included 21% Tax and Service)
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation made within 30 days prior arrival, result in the forfeiture of 1 night accommodation.
- In case of cancellation received within 14 days, 50% cancellation fee is applied.
- 7 days prior arrival, a 100% payment should have been received and is NON REFUNDABLE
- NO SHOW without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee.
- In case of early check out, 50% charge of the remaining nights will be applied.
- Bank transfer fee will be charged to client for any refund that requires TT transfer.
Payment Policy :
- Payment is required at the latest 5 working days after confirmation of booking. A 50% deposit payment is required for booking made within 14 days upon arrival.
- A full payment is required which must be received within 7 days prior arrival date.
- Bank transfer fee (if any) is borne to client.-
All deposit & payments must be received on schedule, failure to make such payments will result to automatic reservation cancellation (please see cancellation policy)
